As well as, the ticks and strokes on the hands of time?

As I go to sleep
And I’m sent into this light dose
And my eyes close
My rate slows
And the shift kills my ego

My eyelids continue pulsing
Heartbeat pumping
I see a colourful explosion
The inner world is open
